Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has issued Administrative Decision No. (722) of 2025, granting a select group of employees at Parkin PJSC judicial enforcement powers to oversee parking regulations across the emirate.

Under the new mandate, these officers are empowered with key investigative and enforcement abilities, including:

• Calling on Dubai Police for support when necessary.
• Engaging experts and translators to aid investigations.
• Hearing and documenting statements from informants and witnesses.
• Conducting on-site inspections, asking clarifying questions, and accessing authorized locations to gather evidence on violations.

This move strengthens Parkin’s role in ensuring compliance with parking laws, giving its officers sharper tools to maintain order and support Dubai’s vision of smart, efficient, and well-regulated mobility.
