EventsCourt Sessions to Be Held at Al-Aweer Court Building Starting October 2025

Judicial authorities have announced that, starting from October 1, 2025, all court sessions will be held at the Al-Aweer Court Building (Labor and Enforcement Court Building). The move comes as part of an organizational plan aimed at improving the judicial environment and streamlining litigation procedures.
According to the published schedule, court sessions will be distributed across halls and judicial circuits as follows:
Hall No. 6:
- First Criminal Circuit (Appeal) – Mondays & Tuesdays.
- Second Misdemeanor Circuit (Appeal) – Thursdays.
Hall No. 7:
- Second Criminal Circuit (Appeal) – Wednesdays & Thursdays.
- Third Misdemeanor Circuit (Appeal) – Tuesdays.
Hall No. 8:
- First Misdemeanor Circuit (Appeal) – Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
- Third Misdemeanor Circuit (Appeal) – Mondays & Thursdays.
The concerned authorities emphasized that this new arrangement aims to enhance judicial efficiency and ensure smoother session scheduling, ultimately serving litigants by saving them both time and effort.
